01 — Why we gather

Not a production.
A prototype.

Church has become so produced that real community rarely has room to form. When Jesus sent the apostles out two by two, He gave us the prototype — ministry grown in relationship, not performed from a stage.

From that pattern we equip prophetic people and families and raise marketplace leaders who carry the presence of God beyond these walls — into their work, their homes, and their communities — to influence the world with their faith.

The Word

Strong, apostolic teaching that builds people up and sends them out.

Worship

Genuine worship that centers the room on the presence of God.

    What we believe

    The ground everything else here stands on.

    God
    We believe in the eternal existence of God in three coequal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

    Jesus
    Jesus Christ, the Son of God, shares equality with the Father. He lived a sinless human life and willingly offered Himself as the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. Rising from the dead on the third day, He demonstrated His authority over sin and death. After ascending into heaven, He will one day return to reign as King.

    The Holy Spirit
    The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, was promised by Jesus and lives within every believer from the moment of genuine conversion — indwelling, filling, enlightening, empowering, leading, guiding, correcting, convicting, and comforting.

    The Bible
    We believe in the divine inspiration of the Bible: writings authored by people carried along by the Holy Spirit. Interpreted in context and studied diligently, it is the ultimate authority for our faith — guiding our lives and shaping the practices of our church.

    Salvation
    Salvation is God's free and unconditional gift, and like any gift it must be received. We receive it by placing our complete trust in the death, burial, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ.

    Tithes
    We believe that tithes, offerings, and alms are God's financial plan for the support of His work. We are a 100% tithing church.

    Baptism
    Baptism is an outward expression of an inward commitment to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe the decision to be baptized belongs to each individual, who should fully understand what it means to follow Christ.
    The Five-Fold Ministry
    We believe in the five-fold ministry — apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers — given to equip believers in Christ for the work of service.

    Communion
    In His final days, Jesus gathered His disciples and asked them to share bread and wine “in remembrance” of Him. We observe Communion to remember our Savior, who sacrificed Himself for our sins.
